By submitting or uploading any photographs, descriptions, or other materials (collectively, “User Content”) to Pawprint Studio, you affirm that:

• You either own the rights to such content or have secured all necessary permissions and licenses;
• The content is not infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful;
• The content is suitable for transformation into custom artwork based on our creative processes.

3. Generated Works

3.1 Ownership of Generated Images

All digital images, artworks, or other creative works (“Generated Content”) created by Pawprint Studio as part of our Services — including but not limited to digital downloads, printed books, wall art, and other visual products — are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Pawprint Studio.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Pawprint Studio retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to all Generated Content, even if such works are based on your pet photos or input;
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Generated Content for personal, non-commercial use only, such as displaying the product in your home or on your personal social media (with attribution when possible);
• You may not reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute the Generated Content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

3.2 Use of Generated Content by Pawprint Studio

You agree that Pawprint Studio may use any Generated Content for marketing, advertising, promotional materials, portfolio, display, and other commercial purposes, in any medium now known or later developed, without further notice or compensation to you.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Use on our website and social media channels;
• Inclusion in advertisements and digital campaigns;
• Display in sample books or promotional mockups.

4. Payment and Billing

Prices for products and services are listed at the time of purchase. Payment is required in full at the time of order via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). All transactions are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless there is a defect or error in your order caused by us. If you believe there is an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawprint Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services or any Generated Content. Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pawprint Studio, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
